Andy Murray represents the UK’s best chance of a grand slam this year, the fiery scot is currently the highest-ranked British tennis player, and one of the favorites for this year’s Aussie open. Murray broke into the official ATP Top 10 for the first time on 16 April 2007, and reached a remarkable No. 4 after the 2008 U.S. Open, in which he reached the final, and nearly clinched a grand slam were it not for a nail biting loss to Roger Federer.
