Sergey Stakhovsky should beat Tommy Robredo in the third round in Melbourne

Tommy Robredo profited from the illness of Mardy Fish in the second round of the Australian Open, with the American running out of steam after taking an early lead in the match. The Spaniard now faces Sergey Stakhovsky in the third round and he could find himself unable to cope with the powerful Ukrainian.

Stakhovsky has looked excellent in Melbourne in his two matches, with the world number 43 beating Daniel Brands and Lukas Kubot with the minimum of fuss and he looks to be the value call, at 1.83 with Coral to beat Robredo. The pair met last year, in Indian Wells, with Stakhovsky winning in three sets and if anything he has improved since then, while Robredo has gone backwards.
