Andy Murray gets play underway at Rod Laver Arena on Sunday when he faces John Isner in what will almost certainly be the Scot's toughest match to date in Melbourne.
The game airs live on bet365, who are also airing every other match from the 2010 Australian Open - LIVE!The American impressed in the last round against Gael Monfils, winning the match with relative ease and making full advantage of his big serve. And it is Isner's serve that will likely cause number five seed Murray the most problems on Sunday.Isner, 6ft 9inch tall, has recorded no fewer than 81 aces to date in the tournament and will edge close to - if not reach - a three-digit figure for the tournament against Murray.Murray should be able to progress win this fourth round tie, but, as Monfils found out in the third round, the key is being able to deal with Isner's serve.Isner is 6/1 to win and progress to the quarter-finals in what would go down as an upset. But if Isner takes the match to Murray and is aggressive, the Murray could be in for a struggle.Murray is the better all-round player, but the 1/12 on him reaching the last eight seems on the short side. Isner's strong points should be enough to at least win him a set here, so punters looking at the set betting markets may well profit from laying a 3-0 Murray win (Evens on Betfair at time of writing). The only danger to laying a straight sets win for the British number one would be if he breaks Isner's serve early in the first set and the American loses confidence in his game. But even so, it's hard to see that first serve of his not causing Murray problems.Murray is 5/2 with bet365 to win 3-1 and 7/1 to win in five sets, both of which look much more appealing than backing Murray to win outright. If you do fancy the upset win, Isner is 16/1 or both a 3-1 or 3-2 scoreline, with the latter likely being the bet out of those two scorelines. A 3-0 Isner win can be backed at 22/1 although even at 50/1, that wouldn't be of interest.
