Andy Murray reached the final of the 2010 Australian Open, where he lost to Rafael Nadal, butt he draw has not been kind to the British number one this year and he faces a huge task to replicate last year’s achievement.

He begins his 2011 campaign on Tuesday against Slovakian Karol Beck and although Murray has claimed that he doesn’t know much about the 28-year-old, that is perhaps a little disrespectful to a player who has been rated as highly as 36th in the world.

Nonetheless, Murray will still be expected to produce a comfortable win on Tuesday night and anything other than a straight sets victory for the Scot would be a massive shock.
